Refund Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within [24 hours] of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, orders can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Artifact arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description, we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. We may ask you to return the item, with a prepaid label, or to provide further photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Shipped

In the rare event we send the wrong item — the wrong style, design, or size — notify us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

Returns for Other Reasons

Because each Artifact is made to order, we don't accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing (unless the item is defective), or buyer's remorse. Please check size charts and product details carefully before ordering.

Refunds

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit, within 14 days of approval.
• Shipping fees are refunded only where the return is a result of our error.
• Once a refund is processed on our end, we're not responsible for how long your payment provider takes to reflect it.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original — where eligible — for a refund, then place a new order.

Printify's Role

Every Artifact is produced on demand by Printify. Our ability to replace or refund an order depends on Printify's own manufacturing guarantee, and we reserve the right to decline a claim that falls outside Printify's return criteria.

Shipping Returns

If a return is authorized, we'll send you instructions. Please don't ship a return before contacting us first.
