Our Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Unknown Society website and the purchase of goods (“Artifacts”) from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

When you place an order and complete payment, you are offering to buy from Unknown Society (the “Seller”, “we”, or “us”), a company registered in [Legal Jurisdiction], on the basis of these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed once we accept your order, by confirming and charging payment.

Products and Fulfillment

• We sell apparel and accessories referred to as “Artifacts”. Descriptions and images are provided for illustration; actual products may vary slightly.
• Printify fulfillment: all Artifacts are printed and shipped by our manufacturing partner, Printify. We retain the exclusive right to sell these items and ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Printify produces the goods on our behalf, based on your order.
• We aim to describe and display products accurately, but do not warrant perfect color or print reproduction. Minor variation between screen and finished product is normal.

Pricing and Payment

• Prices are listed in [Currency] and include [GST/VAT, if applicable] unless otherwise stated. We may change prices at any time; a price change never affects an order already placed.
• We accept payment via [Payment Provider]. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the full order total.
• You never pay Printify directly. All payments are made to Unknown Society; we pay Printify from the funds we receive.
• At checkout, you agree to pay all charges shown, including shipping. Sales tax, GST, or duties may apply depending on your location.

Order Processing

Once your payment clears, we forward your order to Printify for production. Production and shipping times vary by product and location — see our Shipping Policy for current estimates.

You are responsible for providing correct shipping and payment information at checkout. We are not liable for errors arising from incorrect information you provided.

Cancellation and Returns

You may cancel an order within [24 hours] of purchase, provided production has not yet begun. Once production has started, an order cannot be cancelled.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — logos, text, images, and designs — is owned by Unknown Society or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission. “Unknown Society” and our logo are our trademarks.

If you believe we have unintentionally used copyrighted material belonging to you, please follow the notice procedure in our Intellectual Property Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unknown Society is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost profits — arising from your purchase. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unknown Society, its officers, and its partners from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or improper use of the site.
