We read everything filed here. We don't promise to reply to all of it.

Logged the moment it's filed. No confirmation email — the record itself is the confirmation.
Checked against existing departments, products, and open questions, where relevant.
Read by someone, not a script. Not everything gets a reply.
Where it changes something, it changes something. You may never see the difference.
Kept regardless of outcome. Nothing filed here is deleted.

Will I get a response?
Sometimes. Not always, and not on a schedule. If it needs one, it gets one.
Is this reviewed by a person?
Yes. We don't run submissions through anything automated before a person reads them.
Can I ask about an order here?
You can, but order-specific questions move faster through account records than a general report.
Do you keep what I send?
Indefinitely. Nothing filed through the Docket is deleted.
Can I submit anonymously?
You can leave the name field vague. We'd rather have the observation than the sender.
